the continental breakfast fine

i believe i was charged for 3 nights instead of 2. i call the hotel and was told i had to call booking.com as that is how i registered. i called booking.com and after reviewing my complaint they sent it to la Quinta to settle my complaint. I'm still waiting to hear back......

We ended at this hotel as it was one of a very few with an available room on an extremely busy weekend for the city. Our only complaint was that 1/2 of the parking lot was closed off due to paving so once we parked our car, we did not move it until the next morning. Imagine a 12-story hotel with only 1/2 the parking available! We were going to go out to dinner locally but didn't dare move the car. Staff told us that the parking lot had been blocked off for a week or two. Good thing there was a parking garage across the street. Crazy! Other than that, all the staff were really nice, the room clean and we really didn't see much renovation work. Our king room was very spacious and quiet. The best part of our stay was the bartender, Kim, and not just because she served us drinks! Because we did not dare leave the property with our car, we asked about ordering pizza in. She recommended the best pizza (Springfield Pizza House) that we have had in a long time, was super friendly and made us feel right at home. We would return to the hotel in the future to visit with her. Easy access to I-90. There seemed to be good restaurants nearby too. Maybe next time.
