Reserved two rooms nine months ago. One single king and two double queens. Upon check-in i was told there were no king rooms so i ws given two double queens. There was no real apology given other than they over booked. The keurig coffee maker in the room did not work. I went to front desk and was told someone would be right up with a replacement. No one ever came. They have free coffee in the morning but no tea. Staff was not very friendly. I most likely will not stay here again!

Reserved a room nine months ago with 1 king sized bed. When i checked in, they did not have a king room available, so they gave me 2 queens. What good is a reservation? The keurig coffee make in the room did not work. Went to the front desk. They said someone would be right up with another one. Never saw anyone. Not the best experience for the price.

We should have checked the reviews. -Allergies? It’s all Carpeted. -N0 complimentary breakfast N0 SuGar/creamer for the coffee in the lobby, N0 hot water in the morning. -N0 SUGAR what the heck??? -N0 real creamers or even powdered whitener. -The rooms are mid 2000’s -N0 microwave -Only 2 coffee -N0 tea - Towels were starting to show wear. - Marijuana smell INSIDE the building. -Air conditioner is so loud that it’s a relief when it turns off. T.V. Channel selection is terrible. The elevator is very clunky and slow. No hot showers. It got Luke warm. Lastly, I think it has become a refugee camp or housing. We are frequent holiday inn customers(yes, we have the card) This hotel is one on the lower scale of what should be a “nice” hotel. We are holiday inn gold members. I don’t often write these things but,this time i had enough. Holiday inns are usually better.
