Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Boston - Peabody by IHG

Extremely loud and disrespectful guests. Bathroom faucet barely worked. Pretty sure people live outside in the back of the building. People screaming in the hallways and outside my window

It was run down and halls smelled and it said it incl breakfast but you could only buy breakfast next door which is not what the website said

This property is advertised as being within walking distance from pretty much everything. What they don’t tell you is your in the middle of a major highway intersection and so not safe to be walking anywhere. Place smelled like fish mixed with city waste water. There was no breakfast included, no water available, and staff was rude when they didn’t have their faces in their phones. Got hot water for the shower when it wanted to work. Honestly think it was on a timer. Place looked like hadn’t been cleaned for a good 2 months and the pictures on the internet are from 1980 something. Will not stay here again and hopefully someone else doesn’t have to deal with outside doors that for lock, door keys that have to be reset daily, and false advertisement for a run down POS place that needs a whole new overall!

Awful smelly and wet feeling

Lady at the front desk was very rude and seemed like she was in a rush when checking in, went to our room to put our luggage in and left. We only came back to sleep, used our own towels because the towels they had smelled horrible, then when we went to leave in the morning our door knob fell off… still haven’t gotten my deposit back (that isn’t listed on the website btw), so I think they charged me for the doorknob falling off. Stay somewhere else.

Our room was great. Very clean and comfortable.

Appears a lot of people are living in the hotel so it’s crowded, strong odors from cooking inside the rooms and very noisy at times. Assume this is why service was slow.

Carpet was filthy

BED WAS COMFORTABLE,CLOSE TO RESTURANTS,BUT THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED FOR THE TIME WE STAYED AAS WELL AS NO CLEAN TOWELS
