No one is at the front desk, or answe

I knew I would be arriving late to the hotel, so I called early in the day to make sure the front desk staff knew I was coming and not to give away my prepaid reservation to another guest. The agent said that would not be a problem as the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. When I arrived a little after 1:00 am, there was no one at the front desk to let me in to the lobby (the hotel door was locked ). I called the hotel and could hear the phone ringing through the locked door, but no one answered. I called several times (no answer), called Best Western’s call center (no answer), knocked on the door (to no avail) and finally went to sit in my car from where I could see the front desk. A man exited the hotel at one point to smoke cigarettes, but I did not approach him as I thought he was another guest. Eventually I was able to follow another guest into the lobby, and after several minutes of waiting for anyone to come to the front desk I asked the man who was chain smoking outside if he worked at the hotel. Sure enough, he was the front desk agent who made me wait 45 minutes in total before starting to check me in to my room. Horrible, horrible service. Rather than apologizing for the tremendous inconvenience he caused, he told me how many customers he turned away rather than giving away the room I paid for - like I should be grateful to him. I do not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

Easy access, and to find.

Never cleaned the room, the bathroom has problem with letting the water run and was always stucked, no one came to fix it. The personnel at the front desk was several times away. The person cleaning the breakfast area was very rude just because by mistake I got late to breakfast and it was closed, I just only asked at what time did breakfast closed.

For a well known hotel chain, this has been one of the worst hotels we stayed at. Not clean at all. Did not see 1 person cleaning any part of the hotel. Fllors in the hallway and elevator was filthy. Pool was a mess with towels scattered everywhere. No water to be found in the hotel. No bottles of water at front desk and water fountain in gym broken. Find a better hotel.

I checked in and the first thing I noticed was this unpleasant lingering odor. Checked the microwave and refrigerator and both were absolutely repulsive. The carpets weren’t vacuumed and there was dust everywhere. 0/10 would recommend.

The hotal management take 2 time money from my bank account

Saw a spider in the room, room had strong odor of cleaning products, but overall good experience.

The property in ghetto from the outside. Inside its ok but garbage was everywhere.. people were partying in the lobby with cases of beer and liquor bottles till after 2am .. people smoking weed down the hallways and from rooms.. vending machines only took cash the cards dident work on any of them.. staff was either busy taking with their friends or busy on their phones. Queen suite is NOT worth 200 a night.. especially with the parking lot light next the the room window and no black out curtians.. ac could not get the room cool.. its ok if your traveling and have no options but definitely not one to book in advance.. hotel does not match 1st pic on expedia as well..

It was good but they didn't have the mix to make waffles. 😔

This property had a difficult front entrance having a slope by the door. Unloading and loading was a challenge. The staff was very nice and accommodating. But the building could have been a little cleaner.
