Best Western Plus Indianapolis North at Pyramids

I was only supposed to be charged a $50 deposit but instead, the person at the front desk charged me for the room all over again which was $170 so now I have to wait 3to7 days to get my $170 back because of her mistake. 50 dollars is a big difference from $170. What if I didn't have that extra money on my card or that was my spending money for my trip? It was a very big inconvenience, especially considering I already paid for the room. The trash sat in the hallways all night. It didn't seem like my bathroom in my room was cleaned very well. There was still hair all over the floor and on the tub and for my room to be almost $200 for one night I just expected better.

Was not told the times of the breakfast buffet- went down at 9:30 and it was over☹️

Our office is at the pyramids and we use this hotel for traveling staff. It’s conveniently close to our office and casual dining.

The room and lobby were pleasant

There were stains on the room carpet and the shower was a bit slippery

Restaurant near us

Pool was dirty, large parties that used it the night before left their garbage. It wasn’t cleaned up until noon the next day. when I asked the staff when the pool was last cleaned, they said I don’t know. the room was OK but everywhere else in the hotel was dirty. The desk clerk would not complete my check out until housekeeping my room. I had planned on staying three days, after the first day, I wanted a refund, hotels.com was of no assistance.

Breakfast was terrific. It was even ready a bit early as I had to leave the facility early so I was able t o eat before I departed.

The front desk staff were all amazing!!
