Holiday Inn Raleigh Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Building is very dated.

One working elevator on a busy week The location is close enough to walk to convention center and people are friendly

The hotel was clean and overall we enjoyed our stay. However, some of the wall paper is peeling off in the bathroom and one riveter was out of service. In addition there was not someone also available at the front desk, they eventually did return but seemed stretched to thin, The staff was pleasant and kind! I was also surprised by an extra parking fee of 15 dollars per 24 hours.

I found it to be decent for an overnight stay, but the bathroom was quite small and there were random stains throughout. Some things were falling apart, and I noticed mold in the shower. Additionally, you have to pay for parking, which isn't ideal, especially considering the overall condition of the place.

Everything is old and crumbly. This hotel needs a makeover. From the outside it’s pretty. Inside ugh. The staff was friendly. The grab and go breakfast was sparse. I wouldn’t stay again.

It’s very old and out dated. Staff were abrupt and getting help to check out was clearly inconvenient for them. Winds made me think the windows were going to blow out of the building.

Horrible property to be apart of IHG. Filthy dirty property, mold in bathroom and horrible front desk woman. She was soooo horrible and uncaring. I will definitely pay more attention to reviews online and age of these properties. IHG kick them out of your line up. Worst hotel I reserved and had to leave and cancel because of the “filth”.

Loved the round hotel. It was unique.
