Holiday Inn Raleigh Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Our stay was really great. Front desk eas very attentive and friendly.

This hotel needs some serious renovations. Even one of the elevators were not working during my 4 days stay. The rooms are outdated and the bedsheets don't even match. Literally looked like a college dorm. It's in a good location, next to bars and restaurants, but other than that try to stay on the Marriot or Sheraton a few blocks away from this place.

The customer service was excellent! Jasmine who works the front desk is an angel. So kind, thoughtful and caring. She made our stay memorable and so welcoming. I would come back just for her. The hotel itself was great - clean, spacious rooms and walkable to a bunch of bars and restaurants.

Great location.

No water to purchase. walked up to desk and waited for the person working to talk and I was ignored. I said I have a reservation and I got a very rude "you got an ID". I will never stay there again and I will not ever recommend that hotel to anyone.

I didn't like that only 1elavator was working.I could hear other guests using the bathroom from my room. The breakfast wasn't up to parr

Check in was easy and simple. Past that little things started to click that this was an old neglected hotel with a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast was a sandwich in a fridge and little else, not like the photo of buffet. One elevator was down, walls were super thin and then bathroom was extremely cramped and tiny. TV is basic cable where half the channels didn’t work. The hotel was clean overall so that was nice.

Rundown, but serviceable. Good value for the price. Excellent location.

This hotel needs renovation ASAP. Furthermore, why dont yiu have refrigerators like any other downtown hotel.
