Beach House Resort Hilton Head Island

I love the location to the beach, and I love the tiki hut, even though the hours have changed since I last attended this property.

The facility itself seems to have aged, and there seems to be a need for some upgrades, popcorn ceiling heart slam doors, carpet still on the upper floors and the premium views of the top floors of the top of the tiki hut. We need to really think if it's time to rebuild this facility.

On the beach and has a restaurant as well on the beach.

Dated rooms and very noisy. The metal doors for each room just echo down the hallway, when being closed. Ice machines broken on most of the floors.

Location staff and amenities.

The location is perfection. The entire staff were incredible & hospitable. The pool was great!

The rooms were dingy and run down. Our bathroom floors were dirty & dusty like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The hallways need updating and there was only one operable ice machine in the entire place. Definitely not worth the price.

Lay out and convenience of shops & restaurants. Meals at The Porch & Tiki Hut were excellent! Staff was exceptionally friendly!! Bed was very comfortable!

A little older, but has been slightly updated. Bathroom could be renovated.

The property location is excellent. It has a nice tiki hut bar and is directly by the ocean.

The place is getting old. It smells musty . There was water dripping off the bathroom ceiling in my room. I paid a lot for an ocean view room but it looked directly into the Tiki hut . Not much of a view of the water. My daughter had an issue with the toilet in her room.

Wonderful location.

FLEES!!! This hotel allows pets and I am loaded with flee bites. The toilet is designed for people under 5 ft tall. People with arthritis in their legs are disadvantaged. You need rails in the lavatory for people to use the facilities.
