Beach House Resort Hilton Head Island

The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly. Newer mattresses were very comfortable. The prices were reasonable at the Tiki bar and restaurant. The entertainers at the Tiki bar were pretty good. Overall a pretty fun vibe.

The housekeeping services were pretty much non existent. Someone would come to the door and get trash. A lady would get used towels and replace with new ones. Whole process took three minutes. Had to make the bed yourself. The sheets were all flat and didn’t fit the fat mattress very well. The floors were sandy. Sand was swept under night stands from previous customers. I’m probably a nest freak, but that bothered me.

The rooms were so dirty, mold and rust in the restroom and the air conditioning unit. The odor is so strong and there are no windows to open to let in the ocean air.

Location is perfect, pool is heavenly and staff were mostly great, bands at the tiki hut were pretty great, guy working at the pool everyday was so so friendly and always really helpful, loved the little smoothie/breakfast place by the pool.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, super overpriced for a room that felt very dated/not renovated like in the pictures, not having a balcony to dry towels and swim stuff totally blowed, tiki hut was overrated, they didn’t light the fire pits by the stage at all, staff at the front porch and tiki restaurants were kind of rude and not friendly. Biggest let down was that this property never really felt family friendly or accommodating to families and small children.

Loved the location of the property . Next to the beach, great pool , live music. The staff there is amazing for sure. Very clean .

We paid or a premium room. But we were by the elevator and the ice machine so not sure what premium means but the noise reduction could have been better. I didnt care for how late the check in is..limits use of the facilities and beach if your only there one night.

Location. The Porch breakfast are delicious. The beds were comfortable

Tiki Bar and Pool

The facilities were incredible, dining and pool options along with access to the beach and the Tiki Room

Our room was just okay, view was of the parking lot which really took away from the overall feel. Bathtub was old and in need of a refresh
