"Would not stay again"

The room was nice

Hallways were tight and dirty. Elevators needs work. Hallways need work. Pool area needs work. Hotel is connected to a club? Very confusing. The remodeled the rooms and didn’t remodel the hallways or the outside

Our room was quite nice with some newer furniture. AC was good. Pool looked nice but mainly kids, which is fair enough. Mexican girl on breakfast was lovely. She helped me rescue the waffle maker after I didn't use any spray on it.

Breakfast was nice enough, but being in a room painted black like a nightclub didn't feel right. It was very dark & dingy.

"Never stay here"

This was the worst motel I have stayed at. The hot tub didn't work and hasn't for months, according to some of the people that live there. I went to the desk to ask about it. The guy tried telling me it turns on and off automatically every 10 minutes. I disputed this claim, so he sent the maintenance guy down. This guy simply comes out to the hot tub and says it doesn't work. The toilet in the room didn't flush, called the front desk. They said flush harder... umm, you're kidding, right.!!! Half the outlets in the room did NOT work. I feel like I should be reimbursed. I reached out to booking.con with no response. I had wanted to get another motel for my second night. I will never stay in another Clarion place again. I do not plan on using booking .Com for my next trip in July...
