It was in a convenient location. Room easy to get to. WiFi didn’t work. They told us we could move but had already settled in our room. Hot tub not working. Pool open but not heated. No ice bucket. Was handed a plastic bag. Ice machine was not working but found a working one on another floor. No working washer and dryer.
