OYO Hotel Brownwood Hwy 67

The place was disgusting I did not have a TV and trying to get another room they wouldn’t give me one because it was over booked a horrible experience do not recommend this place ever. And no towels but they had plenty of trash on the floors

Very disgusting hotel. Nothing like the pictures. I check into my hotel to see coke cans, messy bed, and used towel on the floor. When I told the lady at the front desk she said "I could've sworn it was cleaned. The people before you were only in there for like an hour"

When I got there they were over booked and I had to stay in a one bed king vs two bed queen. House keeping didn’t come all weekend, and it was very loud until 2 am

Never stayed in a hotel room without a television and telephone!

No cable. Had bugs. Air conditon didnt work. Door barely lock

Carpet was wet after we took a shower. No tv. Tub wouldnt drain. And we hit our legs on bed frame sticking out.

The cleanliness was horrible there was dead roaches in restroom there was crumbs in bed and stained sheets. Carpets were wet by restroom. No tv inside they had me sign a paper statement about the tv. No towels were provided it was just horrible

Room was filthy, No tv, people next door fought all night

Terrible, first they put us in an already occupied room. Then moved us to a room with no lights. Finally, to a third room with no towels, toiletries and a broken bed. Never got any of these things straightened out by the night manager or the day manager so feeling no response we didn’t stay the second night of our stay went to another hotel....... Holiday Inn Express just down the road paying over $150 a night just to get basic functions

Extremely dirty! No towels, dirty everything - from the drapes to the carpet to the bathoom sink etc etc Hotels.com should remove this from their listing
