OYO Hotel Brownwood Hwy 67

Very rude staff and management! No cable the whole time I was there & they let me know AFTER I paid. No hot water disgusting restrooms shower etc. and dirty stained sheets on bed ! STAY AWAY !

Upon check-in we were informed of no cable TV service but were told we could cast from our phones to the TV in room. I verified they had free WIFI. We could never get a good WIFI connection in the room. We were also told to stop by the office after dinner for towels as they go out with a laundry service and were not back yet. When we checked back we were told there were no towels as they'd not gone out for service that day. There are no trash cans in the rooms. The curtains didn't cover the window completely leaving about a 6" gap someone could peer through. Just don't stay here.

In the first room, the door was so difficult to open, it literally had to be kicked; lights in the bathroom did not work; no towels, no TP, dirty shower, dirty floor, dirty drapes. TV TV not working. Gross. 2nd room= no TP, no towels, dirty Qtips on the floor, filthy sink, no pillow cases, no TV. DISGUSTING, if not so tired from driving all day, it'd be out of here, refund or not.

No towels or soap. Trash had not been emptied. Window curtain was torn. Room was dirty. Entry door handle was hard to operate. Water faucet in sink dripped the entire time. No TV.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty, there were no towels or soap. The tv didn’t work and most of the lights didn’t work. Also, I still have not received by $50 deposit back.

The hotel overall was dirty and none of the amenities listed online actually came with the room I had no TV and the pool and hot tub are both closed the shower curtain in the bathroom look like it had mold all over it and the blankets and sheets on the bed has cigarette burns

Called property to let them know we booked through expedia and what time we would be arriving for check in. Was told after arriving they over booked and had no vacancy..... Huge hassel to get a refund...

When my daughter got to the property to check in they told her they were all booked and no room available although I had already paid for a room

The door was soooo damaged you could rock it back and forth from the damage of someone trying to get in!!! The shower drained sooooo slow!!!

I don’t need to list all the bad with this hotel, read the reviews, it’s all true. The check in attendant said the Direct tv was not working , she said it might be back on soon , WRONG , the tv had not worked for over a year . Never again will I book a bargain hotel, it’s a dump in the truest sense of the word . Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
