OYO Hotel Brownwood Hwy 67

Not exactly as shown. Those pictures are maybe a dream of what they want this hotel to look like. People outside the room talking all hours. Blood on pillow cases and mirrors. Complained to front desk nothing was done. Totally unsanitary conditions do not stay here.

Was very last minute and this place suited last minute - the noisy neighbors made me miss not having a tv but I eventually fell asleep. Lady at desk for check in was very kind to give many towels but I did not have any soap and none was provided so towels went unused. The curtains did not close all the way so hopefully no one looked at me while i was sleeping

The hotel was CLOSED when I arrived and now Hotels.com is not helpful in giving me a refund! The hotel seems questionable either way...

My room was really spacious and very comfortable

When I got to the room there was a chair in front if the door, we opened the door we had to play with the lights to get them to stay on, The floors wasn't swept, and the sheets had pee stains on them. The TV didn't work, on top of the fact we had no clean towels, tissue, or soap. The mirror was dirty, and the bathroom look like the liner had never been changed and the bub had never been cleaned. The toilet was over flowing, and water was dripping in the tub badly. Then came the roaches and at that point I was done. Don’t be fooled by that photo the hotel posted of the rooms!

Condition of hotel where not pleasant, Have to go to lobby 2 times to get items there where not in room (towel,toillet paper)T.V wont work and Try to call numer disconected, trying not to go a 3rd time to lobby, grounds terrible trash everywhere

Stayed in the two room “suite.” We arrived to old mattresses leaned against the hallway wall. Our room window had an actual bullet hole in it, and the window was spider webbed! The room where you enter had absolutely NO lights in it, only the second room did. There was no toilet paper in either bathroom. We did have a TV, but no remote, so it wouldn’t work. The beds had a sheet, but no blankets. The curtains stopped about a foot short from actually covering the windows. The room came with a pull out couch, but the sheets were filthy. We immediately called the front desk, and did eventually get toilet paper, but no remote and they were out of blankets, so my son had to literally sleep covered in towels!!!! We would have left but no other rooms available in that small town. Also, due to the hotel staffs error, I got charged twice, a total of $300 for the room, which 2 months later I’m still trying to get them to make it right!!! It took me over a month to finally get the manager on the phone, and a month later I’m still waiting for her call back! I even called OYO directly, with just more run around. DO NOT STAY HERE

The rooms where some what clean but paint all over the place . Curtains where not up right and it was very noisy. Did not sleep all night. Also had to put down 50 dollars as deposit. It was very disappointing 😔 and will never stay there again

The place was dirty i dont think the sheets had been changed and the bathroom was horrible. The curtains would not close all the way. We could not stay we booked a different hotel and left.
