Staff was helpful, and the lobby was clean.

The rooms were dirty: carpets, curtains, and bathrooms. Phones did not work. The hallways were dirty. Needs a lot of work. The 3rd party websites claimed the continental breakfast. Manystay stopped serving breakfast during Covid. My family and I were very disappointed. Breakfast is something we look forward to during hotel stays. Also, it is false advertising. first suite we were assigned to had a hole in the bathroom ceiling. I believe it was being worked on. So we had to change our suites. The decor of rooms was very outdated and dungy looking. Main Stay Williamsburg needs a lot of work.

Guys outside the front door smoking weed. Whole lobby smelled of smoke. Third floor smelled like throw up my kids were covering their nose. Rooms looked like recently updated jail cells We left in about five mins

I have stayed here for many years. The service has continued to go downhill this stay I didn't have paper towels in the room and usually there are tea bags for hot tea not this time. When we stayed there in June the toilet was sort of clogged I reported it to the front desk and was given a plunger. I didn't expect that. I am disappointed in how things have changed. Some places you still advertise breakfast but there isn't any. That's enough will probably try some place when we come again

Toilet didn’t flush, no shower curtain, AC mediocre. Worst of all bed bugs!

WORSE THAN ALLIGATOR ALCATRAZ- RATHER BE THERE THAN MAINSTAYS

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! DRUG DEALS GOING ON IN THE PARKING LOT & LOBBY, GARBAGE PILED HIGH WITH FLIES IN THE HALLWAYS, BRICKS FALLING OFF THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING, MATTRESS WITH URINE STAINS, ROOMS SMELLED LIKE DEATH.

It was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Wow, the room was not clean. We had stains on our bed sheets. The bathroom was not clean and the door didnt lock. Our fridge was filthy and the dishwasher smelled horrible. The A/V unit also had dust in it like it hasn't been cleaned in months.

The wifi & cell phone reception was terrible
