Property needs upgrades and extermination

The room was clean and comfortable.

There were not enough pots and pans, we had to buy some for are stay.

The location

The dirty bed sheets , filthy walls and carpet broken toilet seats T.V. dint work the whole place smelled of an awful odor we dint even stay thru the night we packed up and checked out went to another hotel still waiting on my refund and the G.M. to call me back. The staff was less then helpful and seem to have attitude problems when you take your concerns to them. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel you will be glad you did , I honestly don't know how the health department has not shut this place down yet

Overall not a bad hotel except that part of the ceiling fell down hitting me on the head and i also stepped on fallen plaster and some got inbedded in my toe. I told the front desk staff and they didn't allow me to speak to the manager or fill out an incident report. Overall not at all pleased

It was located close to many restaurants and tourist locations.

There was not free breakfast as stated. Our first room had an abundance of fruit flies, the mattresses were dirty, and the tub wouldn’t drain. So they moved us to another room. This room had a broken lock, holes and cracks in the plaster of the ceiling, hair in the shower, holes in the towels, and had not been vacuumed. There was splatters of something all over the wall and an open hole in the wall where cords came out. I would not recommend staying here at all. It also cost me more as I had to then buy breakfast for all of us every morning.

Room very dirty and smell bad, water was leaking from the other floor while we using the bathroom, even we found blood all over the bed and we moved to other room in the middle of the night, the other room was a little bit better but the bad smell was still there, no apology received from the staff. I extremely not recommend booking.com to list them as a hotel. I know we get for what we paid but never seen like this. My kids enjoy whenever they go Williamsburg VA but after this they said no more.

The shower was not clean, mold on curtain. Stated no pets saw a big dog while leaving. Chain was broken on door. Room and hallway smelling like smoke. Lamps were not working had to move mattress to turn on surge protector. Worst experience will never stay there again.
