MainStay Suites Williamsburg Historic Area

We stayed for 2 nights. Front Desk staff was extremely kind and courteous. Room was very comfortable. Easy access to everything in the area

Very spacious with a nice refrigerator and stove good air conditioner only issue was wifi was iffy

They put us out after a hour said we where smoking I don't smoke nor do My Uncle

the customer service was great

the room needed updating, and the pool was broken and no breakfast.

The room was big and spacious.

Well as soon as you walk in the door the sink to the bathroom is right there the door to the bathroom can be seen from the door. The air conditioner did not work very well. No reception on the TV. And when I booked it it said it had a pool and the pool room was filled with furniture and mattresses. Just overall was not a pleasant experience and will not be staying again.

It was disgusted I wouldn't prefer to nobody it was dirty it was nasty it was water spots everywhere underneath the microwave where the stove is there's a picture of the grease that was so compact on there it was disgusting I wouldn't prefer anybody to go to this hotel I would like for somebody to get back with me because I did not stay at this hotel and I was charged for it so we need to get my refund back to me

Wifi is pathetically slow, barely decent enough for browsing and nothing more. No daily house keeping. You have to discard your own trash, and the trash cans outside are always full.

Front desk lady was nice. I liked my room because it was quiet and had a kitchen. I like that they had a ramp because I am disabled.

This property needs a makeover/remodel.
