the property had beautiful facilities including an amazing swimming pool and rooftop area. the apartment was spacious and was an amazing place to call home for a few days

Bathrooms should be been better cleaned and a little more washing equipments would be helpful.

The property was very spacious had a good kitchen unit … the ac and hot water was AWSOME the view and sunset was great nice appartment will definitely book again ..

Could be a little more cleaner in the bathroom and a few more towels would be good no hair dryer

I like the apartment's view. It's spacious enough for a big family. Located in a quiet area within bustling Colombo, it offers a serene environment. So, if you're seeking a peaceful retreat, this could be the perfect choice. Additionally, the host was responsive in addressing all matters.

There were several maintenance-related matters. In the living area, some lights were not working, and the AC was not cooling enough. The room located on the beach side also had an AC that was not working properly. Overall, the lighting within the apartment was sufficient. Additionally, if you're visiting Colombo for shopping, this may not be an ideal location, as most of the shopping areas are in Wellawatte and Nugegoda. Money exchange places are also not readily found in Mount Lavinia. Consequently, your local transportation costs will likely be high.
