More than ample space , immaculately clean and modern with all amenities provided , also very secure. The apartment block is situated in a quiet , convenient area of Mount Lavinia close to restaurants and attractions within only minutes of walking distance . The host Nishanthe is extremely welcoming , efficient and hospitable , making us feel at home from the moment we arrived for our one month stay.

"Nice location , nice host, overall good accommodation but still a long way to go for cleanliness"

Good location lovely host but still a long way to go to make things at least, to near perfect

Delays in bringing things needed I.e. towels a bedside lamp etc. Also the main mattress and some pillows were in an awful state was brought to there attention

The location was great specially for the new year. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from the rooftop

There were not enough towels & soaps provided for the rooms. The ac in one of the rooms was also not working.
