Was very homely and Nishan who represents the organisation made us feel like home.

The kitchen wasn't very clean (mouldy kettle, dirty glasses), there were stains on the towels and bed sheets. What made the start of our stay unpleasant even before we arrived was the communication from the owner. We booked via Booking.com, however, the owner (Nishan) messaged me on WhatsApp where I only communicate with people I have in my contacts - this has never happened in my previous bookings and I think it's unprofessional to message outside the official booking portal. It wasn't clear what was the purpose of the messages. In the initial message on Booking, the owner assured me that we could have an early check-in as we arrived early in the morning. While travelling from the airport to the accommodation, the owner messaged me that there is an issue and we can't check in as he didn't have our passport numbers, saying he needed them 24 hours in advance. This is something he could have stated in the message on Booking well in advance! He let us drop off the baggage but said we need to wait for 3 hours so that he can give our passport details to the security. This act literally takes a couple of minutes, but instead we had to wait outside, tired from our journey. While waiting, the owner kept frantically calling that our room is not booked and we might have to spend one night in a different apartment and then come back to another one, however, he resolved this afterwards. Overall, the stay in the apartment was great, I sincerely hope the communication is going to improve in the future so that other guests don't have such issues.

Very good ventilation and all the rooms have private balcony.

bathroom needs an extra drain system.
