الغرفه كانت كتير بعيده عن ال لوبي ولما بدي اطلع ع غرفتي او اطلع من غرفتي لازم يكون معي نزلاء وانتظار طويل والغرفه كانت مليانه نمل و الفراش ما كان نظيف

Fabulous location, great view of Patong Beach. Some breathtaking views! Friendly and responsive staff made our stay special.

Initial room aircon failed, but staff were quick to act and relocated us to a Villa. As it turned, it made our stay special.

The property is good but extremely understaffed the staff is not at all polite specially front desk people Ms. Joy at front desk is extremely rude though we booked ocean view double bed suite the room was not clean at all and when called at front desk Ms. Joy said the lizards & mosquito in room are common. I told her that my daughter who is just 6 years and cant sleep because of lizard in room to this she said we will change room but room shown was not good at all as per ocean view and was very far away. The buggy service is extremely bad and too much waiting though they have buggy/golf cars but due to understaff the problem of buggy is there. We stayed for 4 days and they served exactly same breakfast everyday and restaurant had ants on muffins but as per them its natural and common. After paying a big amount to stay in this hotel.

our visit was during law session, we got a free upgrade to a suit. the place was amazing and the hotel staff was very professional. They interact with you with a wonderfull smile. our check-in was done by Joy, she is very good.

Location is fabulous Should definitely discourage guests from coming to the breakfast in payjamas or night suits esp the ladies

The reception area has no AC Pool timings for adults should be longer
