Amari Phuket

Best resort but…. We love Amari but our recent visit was marred by a dominating demographic… pajamas worn at breakfast, hands not tongs touching food at breakfast buffet, rude to wonderful staff in front of us and so loud and unpleasant. We hid in quiet spot to avoid them. We have been visiting Amari for 20 years and usually it has a very multicultural vibe, which we loved. Now monocultural. It made us feel very uncomfortable on more than one occasion. We felt we the only people who left the pool to use the toilets- may be you need toilets closer to pools. For us it was bittersweet- absolutely love all the staff but some of the other guests make Amari seem much less classy than it used to be. Maybe some rules or guidelines should be set out in multiple languages. But really- I don’t want to eat breakfast looking at people in their pjamas.

تعامل الموظفين ممتاز والفندق على جبل يعني معزول للي يبي يبعد عن الضجيج والازعاج لكن مشي على الاقدام تستطيع الوصول الى المحلات على شاطئ باتونق لكن المهم اللياقه لان به صعود اذا رجعت للفندق

الوسائد غير نظيفه الغطاء نظيف لكن الوسائد من الداخل غير نظيفه ويوجد نمل كثير بالغرفه

الفطور مزدحم جداً وغير نظيف وتوجد حشرات عند العصير كثيرررهه - والنظافه تدنت كثيراً عن الاول

الموظفون كانوا محترفين ومتعاونين جدًا، وإطلالة اللوبي والغرفة كانت جميلة ومميزة.

هناك عدة ملاحظات سلبية أثرت على جودة الإقامة. أرضيات الغرفة كانت شديدة الانزلاق سواء مع ارتداء الحذاء أو بدونه، وهو أمر مزعج ويثير القلق من ناحية السلامة. كما أن الغرفة تبدو قديمة وتحتاج إلى تجديد وتحديث لتواكب مستوى الفندق. كذلك قمنا بحجز ودفع تكلفة سرير كبير، لكننا فوجئنا بأنه عبارة عن سريرين منفصلين تم ضمهما معًا، وهو ما لم يكن مطابقًا لما تم حجزه. الانترنت سيئ جداً

I thought the room very good good outlook nice balcony but cold at night. The cleaner very good. Nook is wonderful very helpful. Betty is very good and helpful too. All your staff here is good. Everything everyone do always helping other people out. I would love to come back The food is good fish and chips very nice but the drink expensive. The bottle of beer is too small, every else here has a bigger one.
