"Exceptional and the nicest staff and cleanest rooms ever with best breakfast."

We went in end may beginning june to phuket and thisxwas the best decision you dont need to go out of the resort all under one roof. Best restaurants best views.

The only downfall is the shuttle service it takes a bit time but cant blame them.

Room was fine, great view! Washing was fast and efficient. Everything impeccably clean. Needed a present wrapped and had no wrapping paper. Sandy. The call center lady not only found wrapping paper but came to the room wrapped the present looking much better than I could have done it and had a bouquet to go on top of it. It was a really beautiful experience and will remember it for a very long time. Thanks Sandy thanks Amari for a really memorable stay.

The staff asked me to cancel my booking from booking.com and book through the hotel as she don’t trust payment by booking
