"The stay was amazing. The hotel has everything you ask for."

The location was perfect. Pretty close to all the main spots of Phuket.

The biggest issue of this place is waiting time if you are staying in the wing which is far from the lobby. If you order food, you have to wait. If you have to go down, you have to wait during busy hours. But even in that the staff did their best to send the car ASAP for the lobby.

"Fab stay"

Stayed here for the week of my 60th birthday. Breakfast was fab. Staff were brilliant on my birthday. I got very ill on my last day and the hotel were fantastic. Allowed me to stay free of charge next day till i was picked up at 5.30 for the airport so I could sleep. Can't thank them enough for this. Will definitely return

Location, friendly staff, lovely landscape, great breakfast buffet..the rooms have an amazing view.

The only thing is the kettle didn't have a plug point ! Very odd
