We spent a week at this fabulous hotel. We had a sea front room which was lovely with a great view. Maid service every day was excellent. The restaurants and bars we tried were great. Great deals on cocktails at happy hours! Sunset from the jetty sipping a cocktail was very enjoyable! Location wise was perfect for us, quiet and secluded with lots of action a 15 minute walk along the beach. If I had to find fault, the only thing I would say was that I found the swimming pool (the big one near the beach) to be quite warm! Overall had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here agin if we head back to Patong.

Not easy to back to ur home with shuttles bus or gold and u should ask them for pickup u from ur room to the reception before 15 minutes minimum

Location and pool was excellent.

As you have a beach and ocean view you must have to arrange a pool or beach party.

We stayed at Amari Phuket on a family trip with my parents and sons, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. My parents’ bathroom was absolutely filled with all sorts of bugs, flying insects, ants, and many others. It honestly felt like a zoo. Staff came multiple times with bug spray to remove them, but the bugs kept returning. They had to come back on three separate occasions, and even the next day the insects were back again. At that point we were outrageously disappointed and uncomfortable. I truly wish we had known about the condition of the rooms before booking because we never would have chosen this hotel otherwise. There were also several occasions where requests to the front desk required repeated follow-ups after long waits without updates, which added further frustration during the stay. However that being said, the service staff at the front desk were very empathetic and professional throughout the situation. They did their best to help us, provided a room upgrade voucher, and even arranged a free shuttle to our new hotel, which we appreciated greatly. The employees handled the issue far better than the actual hotel conditions deserved. Overall, while the customer service was kind and responsive when issues were finally addressed, the cleanliness and bug problem completely ruined the stay for our family. If you are considering this hotel, I would strongly recommend spending the extra money on another property instead.

the property is quite amazing and the the staff service is very good and miss da yui sory bee is the best supervisor and dish advicer and she is very humble and her team is very fast and if she is reading this remember i am the 13 yr old extra tall boy that u once served

Other than the view, the hotel was underwhelming. The rooms felt dated , the bathrooms were very small , housekeeping was poor and room service took over an hour .
