The room was perfect: very clean and nicely appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Airplanes taking off from O’Hare will create some noise but it is not too bad. 9.5/10

Waited for nearly a half hour at unattended front desk to check in. 10 others in line, too. Desk clerk was the only employee on duty and was handling housekeeping and other services. Morning checkout was the same…no one there for 20 minutes. Get more staff out close the hotel!

My husband and I were traveling for our 10 year anniversary. The gentlemen that checked us in was super nice! We checked in around 10:30pm. I grabbed a glass for water and it had lip gloss on it. When we woke up the next morning, the room was not very clean. Cobwebs everywhere and something gross was hanging off the ceiling. The hotel had a good presentation and it was comfortable.
