DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago Wood Dale - Elk Grove

Close to the airport but cannot recommend if you have business in the city. Great for access in the suburbs and the room was fairly clean.

Trash in the halls, lobby coffee station trash can overflowing trash, room toilet runs constantly, empty bathroom tissues

Clean room

the staff was nice and helpful during check in. i can not say the same about the waitress in the restaurant, where i had to bring my own water from the counter. the was NO any kind of soap in the room (that i stayed). overall room was clean and i had a chance to sleep.

Poorly maintained and getting told by check in staff that food is served until 10pm and then 2 mins later getting told by the food staff at 8pm they are serving anymore is really disappointing when you've just got off a long flight

The room was large with a living room bathroom and bedroom. 2 tvs comfortable bed!

Even though we was by the airport it was peaceful.

That you couldn’t fish

Most uncomfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel. Woke up with pain in my hips and back. First room i was put in, the curtain would not draw completely and the patio door had a gap when closed. Bright spot was the original woman who checked me in. The following two trips to the front door the room and then wifi password there was only a gentleman at the desk. He needs a review and some training. Doesn't know how to talk to customers or manage multiple customers. Hopefully better options in the area for a stay.
