"Restless in Room #114"

Bathrooms filled with rust stains and poorly kept. TV picture had color issues. Rooms smelled of smoke. Towel racks not properly secured.

"Awful experience"

What an awful experience! We booked/paid for a suite and arrived to be told that their suites were being renovated. They didn't have any. We were told that we would be given a regular room. The regular room was definitely older. The bathroom was moldy. The closet door was hanging by wooden shards and would fall off when the door was opened. To top it off, they wouldn't even refund us the difference between the suite price and the regular room!

"Don't stay here!"

Not worth what I paid! No bathroom working in the lobby. The elevators are out. I have a bad back, my mom is 72. We had to lug our weeks worth of luggage up to the second floor. Lots of lights out in the section we were placed. My mattress was old and sagging, the pillows were terrible. I should Not have paid what I did for this dump!

"A So So Stay"

The overall general stay at the hotel was really good. Except for the floors were filthy.My feet were completely black on the bottom after walking across the floor twice. The shower you either had to bathe in cold water or scalding hot water.You could never regulate it and no ice And it won't let me upload a picture of how filthy the bottom of my feet were

"This establishment should be condemn"

This place was beyond anything i have ever experienced. Everything about it was disgusting. Arriving there we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs not one of the men that checked us in asked if we needed help. We never received a room key that opened our door. When entering the room the smell was awful. The floors were wet the fire detector was disconnected from the wall nthere was no handicap access on the property, the bedding was filthy there was something that looked like throw-up in the bath tub. There was no hot water there was a broken refrigerator along with a disgusting microwave and a coffee pot with no coffee. When arriving they charged my card 1583.00 immediately it was out of my account. Needless to say we left the next day and paid for accommodations somewhere else. When trying to get my money back since we did not stay has been pure hell. No one at the establishment would give us the name of the manager or anyone at all to speak with. This placed charged us over 300 dollars a night during the super bowl. I believe on normal times they rent it by the hour.

Door did not lock properly, tv did not change channels, no sink stopper, only one bath towel, no shampoo Employees helped to a degree but weren’t really empathetic.

We went to check into the property we had booked 2 queen beds only 1 king bed available the front desk clerk stated 3 overweight women could fit I said I don’t think so, he said look lady your not gonna find any other rooms! So I checked in went to said room there was a hole in the shower floor that was not a drain you could see the ground! Went and checked bed Freaking bed bugs! Requested to check out immediately with full refund the clerk said ok no problem! They are now refusing to refund our money!
