Beach and location for sure. It was easy to get to and check in. The balcony was simple, but really nice.

Water pressure was very poor. Wifi was very slow, even for stuff like email. One of the beds had a really significant sag.

I liked that it was right on the beach with everything we needed right there! Th grounds were beautiful and well maintained and everything was easy to locate. The pool, room and everything was really clean! I loved seeing all the dogs! It's hard finding something pet friendly, clean, and right on the beach but this checked all the boxes! 10/10

The only thing I didnt like was the door stopper to prevent the door being opened fully was stripped a little but everything else was top notch and very secure

We love the location. And night they had a fire with a family movie playing. Really enjoyed that

The only issue we had was we had no water pressure in our room. We have a small child that takes baths and it took almost 20 min to fill half way with barely hot water. Other than that our sat was amazing

Loved being able to wake up and look out and see ocean. Very convenient to everything. Coastal Grill food was very good and staff excellent. Bartender Johnette was a pleasure to be around.

Needed more ice machines. Long walk to get ice.

Location

I was informed when I arrived, the room I had paid extra money for was not on the first floor. Even though that was my only request and I was under the impression after booking the room that it was on the first floor. We got placed in a first floor room that was way smaller and uncomfortable so we could be on the first floor. I would like to know how I can get a partial refund through booking.com

Dirty bathroom, carpet is filthy, something nasty running down the wall, extremely worn furniture and desperately needing general maintenance. They advertise “free breakfast” when you book, but when you check in you find out the “free” breakfast is $19.99 EACH! Spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere clean and honest.

Exceptional location - peaceful, quiet, miles of lovely beaches, and all the hotels and other amenities set back from the beach behind a dune - a rare combination of modern comforts and yet, unspoiled and raw nature. Free bikes to use on wonderful biking paths or even the beach. Our king suite, with a large bedroom and separate living room/kitchenette combo, was so spacious and well appointed, and now the most important part - a nice balcony with a direct ocean view, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and then also, for relaxing at night, listening to the sound of the waves. All in all, a perfect vacation spot, and we will certainly come back.

The room and the whole palce were spotless. The only thing, the shower curtain should be either washed or changed - had some staining on it but that was a truly minor detail.
