The stafaaf wer e quite rude and seemed bothered to have to wait on people. Check in staff person was unwelcoming. Only bar open after 10pm is the main bar in casino so its mobbed and hard to get drinks. Top golf suite is well worn and not maintained as it should be. Juat diaappointed, not at all what I expected foe the noney.

Clean, confortable, nice

Does not offer complimentary breakfast like it stated. Also will not offer refund when cancellation was requested well within the timeframe. Everything at the property is over priced due to it being part of the casino. Random resort charges on CC statement with zero explanation when questioned. Front desk workers were nice but had zero knowledge on how to help guests with issues on their reservation. Could not locate 1 of the 2 rooms reserved and did not honor the original booked priced weeks ahead. Overall, would not stay there again for free.

When I checked in staff member wasnt very greetable, He was like ok. Then stated my reservation was for 2 queen beds, I said no I chose a King bed room onlone. Then handed me a paper to sign and I heard him say somethings and the last part was was card and card reader said unexpected $125 charge. I assumed in case of damages. Then handed me the keys. I was like ok which way am I going, never been here before. Not a outgoing person. Other then that the room was great and bed was comfortable.

Smell was awful. Couldn’t stay in room. Staff at desk was rude and huffy when we asked to switch.

Staff was very friendly. Check in was easy.

Extra pillows

Close to casino without the price. Totally worth the two minute walk outside. Nice staff mostly and decent clean rooms. Family friendly.
