The Towers At Kahler Grand Hotel

This hotel is perfectly located across the street from Mayo and all the employees are very kind and helpful! I would stay here again, and I highly recommend the towers concierge; David there was above and beyond kind and helpful!

The Towers at Kahler Grand refers to just a couple special floors of the Kahler Grand that provide an excellent place to stay, especially if you are being seen at Mayo Clinic for a few days. The rooms (our's looked exactly like the picture showing) were comfortable, and the bedding, pillows, sheets, duvet on the comforter, were all white cotton which says "clean" to me. The Towers offer free daily parking, and best of all, a gracious community On the floor, where breakfast, dinner and even afternoon tea are served, all included in your nightly fee. For the evening meal, there is a little bar area where you can mix your own drink or pour a glass of wine. Most notable of all is the staff at the Towers. They are great, very attentive to any need you might have. After a four-night stay there, I felt like I had to say good-bye to some of the other guests that had been dinner companions. Coming back after a day of appointments was so pleasant. The only thing that might have improved things was in the housekeeping area. Our room could have used a bit of extra cleaning behind the beds as I discovered when I dropped something and the maid needed to replace the used glasses. Gasses that had been used were removed, but they were not replaced. (I could get what I needed in the community room, though.) Glad we found this place for what was a tough four days.

If we are not able to stay in the Kahler Towers we adjust our appointments! Feels like we are visiting family. The team is compassionate, caring and there for your every need. I honestly think of them as family.

food in the concierge lounge was great. worth the extra cost for the convenience of location to Mayo Clinic and the ease of meals across the hall.

The staff members were beyond incredible. Our room was very comfortable, and the amenities in the Towers were beyond our expectations. We were most impressed with the concierge’s team. My husband was there for treatment at the Mayo Clinic, and he had a few requests that we were surprised that they went above and beyond to meet. With a score of 10 being the highest, we would give them a 12. We will most likely be making another trip to Rochester, and this is our go to place to stay.

Our stay was amazing. The concierges were great and provided wonderful personalized service. The pool was also amazing on the 11th floor with a glass paneled dome. We were able to walk in the underground tunnel across to the Mayo buildings which is very nice in the winter. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Overall great experience staying in the Towers At the Kahler Grand. High level of service from reservation, check-in, during our stay and check-out. Enjoyed visiting the lounge on the 11th floor for snacks and meeting other visitors who were visiting Mayo. Rooms, common areas, etc. all very clean. We would definitely stay at the Towers when we return for more appointments at Mayo.

The staff here is outstanding and the rooms are spacious, updated and clean. This is my second time staying and I’ll come back again if I’m in town.
