"Delightful stay"

I’ve never experienced such genuine care from the staff in any of my stays… beautiful set up with these two floors and the lounge. Simply enjoyed watching the care that was provided to so many guests in often challenging circumstances.

The staff was outstanding. Shane in particular (although all other interactions were very positive) worked to understand our needs and met or exceeded the support expected. Really an unusual and very positive experience. So close to all the Mayo service nearby. Will stay here again when we are in town (lots of great treats/drinks/extras too)!
