Location to Santiago Bernabeu is prefect and also location of local transport links to airport and city center are fantastic.

Place was a bit tired but overall relatively clean. Bathroom was large with a large window. Staff friendly and speaks english.

I am not sure what to say after my laptop was stolen from their event room. I don’t event know how this could happen I. The first place because it is supposed to be a safe place. The hotel is pricy and outdated. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The Hotel is very well located for the Metro with a stop right outside. Not a great location for restaurants, bars etc, as its quite a business area. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly, room does not have Tea/Coffee facilities but apart from that it was good. They have underground car parking at Euro19 per day

I booked one of the last available rooms and was looking forward to a nice stay. Unfortunately I was given a smoking room. I was told that this was all that was left. If I had known that at the time of booking I would have gone to another hotel. My throat was sore in the morning. A lesson learned. If it had been a non smoking room, then I would have been very happy with the room.

The receptionist (Her name is Anna) was very helpful and provided a lot of information.

Next to metro and bus stations, but 20-25 min metro ride to historical area. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. Big and comfy bed.

All the boxes checked on hospitality matrix to be a perfect hotel.
