Will stay again

Poor. Amenities weren’t working. Crap bed. Previously stayed at fantastic boutique hotel then this sludge of a hotel.

The staff was great and the room was perfectly set up and clean !!

We booked for a queen bed, but a double twin was honored instead. This should be stated clear to the guest.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good. It is steps to local transportation.

A really lovely hotel. So handy for the railway station. Would strongly recommend. 👍

A good business hotel located near a train station and metro/bus stations. Easy to go to the airport.

I booked two adjoining rooms for myself, my husband and son. I was charged an extra guest fee of almost $80 by cheap tickets. Additionally, when we checked in they told us breakfast was included. Then when we checked out, they made us pay $76 for breakfast that we were told were included in our stay. The staff insisted that we pay. They did the same thing to our friends who traveled with us. Terribly disappointed with the hotel and will never return. The hotel is also very dated and in a terrible location.

Very close to the building I went for classes. Besides the metro station in front makes it perfect to move to other places in the city.
