The staff was so helpful and pleasant

the space was big

it had bed bugs nb gave me a refund yet unacceptable i didn’t even get to stay woke up 2am itching bit up

Room size and facilities in the room

Smell ,it was unbearable

Not much it was very dated inside and outside

Dingy interior , dingy lighting, difficult exiting the room the door was difficult to open

Overall the hotel was ok. The bed was not comfortable, shower had less water pressure and they charged for parking. Expedia mentions it is free self paid parking. Very misleading

Reception staff are absolutely strange what bad behavior

The room had a strong smell of smoke. The water tasted and smelled like mildew out of the shower and kitchen sink. We could hear the cars whiz by at night. Furniture is worn. Countertops not properly cleaned. Electrical outlet in the middle of the living room floor is a major safety hazard if you have kids. The location is odd; fenced in in a semi industrial area. I've earned 3 million Marriott miles and this place is in the bottom 1% of hotels for the brand.

I loved the breakfast the room and most importantly the wonderful kind friendly staff.

Housekeeping came once in 5 days. Some staff were excellent, others not so good. They also charge for parking that is marginally secure. I won’t stay here again. Too many better options in the area for the same price once you consider an additional $10 per day for parking.
