Nice place. Check woman was very pleasant and helpful. Checkout woman…nope.

Not a big issue but just a heads up room 813 ice maker doesn’t work.

I got there after a long drive to be told they over booked and I didn't have a room for me and my children

This place is a dump. I am a Marriott loyalist but this was the WORST EVER hotel. The entire place is badly dated. Pool was closed. Room 621 reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Air conditioning sounded like someone put sneakers in a dryer everytime it came on. They were working on the outside though…put mulch and MANURE all around the building as we were leaving. Staff at desk was nice but tried to play the “that’s normal for an older ac card. We got in late so suffered through one night then left for the Homewood Suites down the road.

We went down for a baseball tournament in Richmond even though the pool was not ready we still made the best of it. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. Our first night our room was extremely hot the AC was not working luckily the next morning we were able to move rooms without any trouble And had great service from the staff. Breakfast each morning was delicious my family said it was probably the best one they have had coming from a hotel and with us being a travel ball family of 2 we have been to several hotels lol. Our room was very clean we will definitely stay here again if we play in Richmond for another tournament.

Filthy! Bugs! Unsafe, doors do not open without force. Disgusting pool. On and on. Brandon was very nice upon checking in, even having to change my room several times! Don’t go!!
