"Had a good time, but will. Chose other Hilton property next time."

Friendly front counter, Rome service and bellhop staff. Great location.

Paper coffee cups in rooms. Ice cream shop attendant was so miserable we newer went back. Breakfast area servers needs training in customer service, and learn to smile. When staff are miserable you feel miserable to. Mixed drinks has hardly any alcohol in them, stay with strait drinks and beer.

"Late check out and accommodating loyalty."

End of an Era After staying at the Sandestin Hilton for the 3rd or 4th time, I believe this last time will be mine and my families last. After a poor experience back in 2019, I decided to give the hotel another shot at winning me over. We had a late flight that day and asked for a late checkout and was denied per the general manager. Second time this has happened. I have been a Hilton Honors member since2010. I thought hotel loyalty mattered these days but I guess not. I have had almost 100% success of late check outs with other brand hotels but this Hilton does not cooperate. The Hotel wanted us to stay and use the resort after check out, but of course that’s so we will spend our money at the resort. We will go shopping and dining elsewhere if we can’t use our room for an extra hour or two. Last time we will ever stay at the Sandestin Hilton

"Great family trip"

We had a wonderful family trip at the Hilton San Destin. The staff is super friendly and helpful, there are tons of convenient food options on site and the food is amazing, the facilities were clean and well kept, and of course the beach, water, and weather were immaculate. This location has been great for our family with young kids.
