Singular Joy Downtown Residences

The property is nice and convenient for beach, clubs, shopping. Didnt like the host he was not attractive until the end of my vacation very inconvenient with the shower pressure. Also woul like for the hot tub to be repaired soon it's not a hot tub ..and would be lovely during chilly weather. Therefor host Axel need to be more accommodating at the start of a problem no the end he gets one star.

Water pressure in showers could have been better.

There were 3 different locations that came up as this location. Finally on the 3rd try, we found the correct location. The room I was assigned, was on the main floor, with floor to ceiling windows that was attached a ground-level balcony, that faced the interior elevator/mezzanine. The curtains were see through. And I could see into the lobby, and from the outside of the window, I could be seen inside the apt (living room, dining area, kitchen, and partial bathroom corridor. When I went to reception to ask about a blackout curtain or room replacement, I was given the number of "my host" and told to contact him on whatsapp, and he never responded. After circling back, I was able to get the receptionist to come look at the window, and she then pretended to contact someone. The room was never changed, and in the evening when the lights had to be turned on, I pretty much locked myself in the bedroom, and only used the rest of the apt when lights weren't needed. Pretty much defeats the purpose of booking a 1-bedroom suit. Otherwise, great view from the rooftop pool.

Horrible experience super noisy the room was vibrating noisy at night no noise reduction in walls also they said they were going to refund me then after I checked out they refused to refund me

Everything was great, we leave happy and looking forward to comeback and stay with you guys again, you are a 5 star to us!!! Happy Holidays!!!

Don’t stay here the staff is non existent and it’s super loud and noisy at night because the walls have no insulation or sound proofing the room will shake also I’ve been trying to get a refund and they have not replied at all
