It was very clean and nice

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Brand new, stylish, comfortable, with a great location. The rooftop pool and bar were spectacular. The room clean and new, beds comfortable, and a nice kitchen. The only thing to know is the property is a block from a couple of night clubs that seem to compete on how loud they can be. The sound penetrates the walls, despite the best efforts of the excellent AC system. We would stay again, but please know it is loud at night.

Thanks for the stay, please consider adding a blow dryer and a fridge to the rooms my hair looked like a mess because the booking said it did had a blow dryer when I called reception they told me they didn’t have any, also the receptionist that works at night spends the night sleeping at the desk you have to knock to get in, nothing wrong with it but that’s a horrible presentation for your business

I enjoyed the location and the expansive rooftop deck with pool, bar and jacuzzi.

Very nice and very clean hotel, rooms were very well equipped, even have silverware, pool and hot tub were great with amazing view. Staff was nice and friendly. Good location, everything was in a walking distance, beach/food/ stores. Only downside was that there was three clubs down the street and at night you could hear the bass from the clubs. It wasn’t bad the first couple of days but after the first couple of days it did start getting annoying hearing the bass. Other than that it was great!

Hotel is great! Brand new. Very clean! All cleaning crew are very friendly and nice. Like the way that receptionist been professional and helpful. Rooftop is like a paradise with Pool, chairs, and hot tub. Could not ask for more. If you looking for just a boutique hotel this is great option cause you can try so many different restaurants all over Playa Del Carmen. Rooftop bar is super nice and never overcrowded. Just a minute away from the beach.

I loved the rooftop pool and great view. The location was also great, close to the beach and shopping.
