Singular Joy Downtown Residences

Area, hotel, staff, amazing. I had an issue with my room because a lady who owned the room I was staying in decided last minute she wanted her room and didn’t want to work with the hotel anymore the staff said that we could still come hangout at the pool any time which was so nice of them. It was awesome and a beautiful view, bar on the rooftop was great, pool was great, just beautiful and around everything, 1 min walk to beach. I would recommend to anyone.

This property is very noisy. Don't expect to sleep at night. Rooftop pool snd bar nice. No pool towels, no wash cloths. Etc. Very basic.

Linens towels walls kitchen, everything very dirty Elevator takes you to stairs, no elevator to lobby, had to carry everything up the stairs very bad for my back problems They don’t accept Mexican credit cards and they don’t accept American Express cards, had to pay cash having problems at the bank for transfers

There was a leak from the ceiling dropping water in one of the bedrooms and in the bathroom..2 two days..spoke to staff multiple time about it and it was never fixed..they just kept giving excuses

The proximity of everything

The hotel itself is very nice, rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, pool is beautiful. Location is great for walking around. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. The con's are the clubs (3) on the corner below the hotel are VERY load. You can turn down your AC so the fan blows all night and wear ear plugs, all of which help and block the noise. You need to ask for the wifi code when you check in, also if you need a blowdryer ask when you check in. Towels are scares, no wash-clothes, one hand towel per bathroom, no towels in the kitchen. They do supply one beach towel per person. Don't leave any food out, little ants will get in, just put every thing in the refrigerator. Overall our stay was nice, we have a two bedroom with a kitchen and living room. Plenty of room and perfect for our family of 4.

I like yhat I can go walk to thev5th ave. Staff is rude and not help full at all. My room air conditioning does not work properly Room 13 Noice of the nighy clubs nearby don't let you sleep. Staff leave keys at the door of my room and didn't feel safe. Any body can enter. To your room. No customer service skills of this guys.. unpleasant stay.

Nice rooms and pool. Really loud nightclub next door tho.

The place was clean , all appliances were new, air conditioning didn’t work for 1 day , staff wasn’t friendly, no communication, never explained what was included.
