Singular Joy Downtown Residences

This place is clean and modern. It is near restaurants and bars. I love the rooftop pool. Antonio is the BEST! Thank you!

I only stay at this location when I travel in the area.

The hotel was nice. The staff was not helpful at all and not very friendly. We were told check in would be at 3, but we were told someone had to come bring the keys for the room and did not end up coming until almost 5, there were so many people in the lobby waiting around just like us.

The room was nice, the rooftop pool and jacuzzi and bar was nice. The view was amazing. Outside in the front of the property they seem to be having some remodeling or construction to the property. Overal it was nice and i will definitely stay again.

The staff will not get off their seat or their phone to greet you. The room was small but good enough for our short stay. Thankful that they had an AC system available. The hotel is located near 3 night clubs so it gets loud at night. You hear the bass clearly in your room prepare to play ambient music on your phone to sleep. The location is central to Playa's 5th Avenue.

Great location, clean, modern. Unfortunately the warnings about the noise from the nearby clubs aren’t minor. I thought those were just old people complaining about being in a city, but it is truly so much louder than you would expect. The bartender said the people who live there can’t sleep either. It’s nearly a full block away from the clubs so there must be some kind of weird sound bouncing going on.

The rooftop was amazing! Unfortunately, my room had dirty floors, the air conditioner kept shutting down, and there were ants all over the place.

Beautiful hotel and one street away from 5th street !
