Staff was extremely friendly

The room wasn't the cleanest. Carpet smelled like midrew

Didn’t eat

Maureen the so called general manager is racist. She called and left voicemails on my personal cell phone threatening to “ban” me from Marriott. Was promised a late 4pm checkout but the hotel never honored this request and instead showed up at 11am and demanded we leave the property. This hotel is dated and the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything in the hallway and room next door from your room. On top of that there’s a train that runs at 3am 8am, and 10am that will wake you out of your sleep every night. Aa lifetime platinum Marriott member this is hands down probably one of the worst Marriott experiences I’ve experienced in my 650 nights staying with the brand. Please avoid

We had a great time. We had an issue with our room. McKayla. Helped Us out so much and moved us to a better room when we had issues with ours. The hotel is so close to everything

We had our micro wedding outside but had our reception dinner at Houlihan’s and we stayed the night as the newlyweds!! Makayla and Teyana were tremendously helpful and treated us like royalty. They made our weekend exceptionally special and meaningful, and enriched our experience making our wedding with family so memorable. We are so grateful!! It’s such a gorgeous facility, the MClub was fantastic, and the food and service at Houlihan’s was phenomenal. Thanks everyone!

Cockroaches (several) in room when lights on. Went to front desk and was told nothing they could do, no rooms, no manager available, maintenance had their phone off and no housekeeping.

The best thing about the Mariott Columbus is the location - right net to a convention center where we had meetings for two days and night. Marriott is over priced - no microwaves in rooms and the staff tries but..... We ate at Houlihans because we are elderly and it is on sight. Not worth talking about but we did have an excellent waiter. We will never stay there again and probably will never visit Columbus

My husband & I have business in Columbus several times a year. Every time we come down, this is our go-to hotel. Love the convenient location and its’ proximity to everything we need. We always look forward to dining at Houlihan’s, relaxing or working in the M Room, and our son enjoys making use of the gym, but the best part about this Bonvoy hotel is the friendly & exceptional customer service we always get from Kiersten and Joyce in the M Room every single day we are there. These two need to be recognized for always going above & beyond and for caring for the Marriott customers in the manner in which they do. You just don’t get customer service like that any more, and we are most appreciative of both of them!😊
