Columbus Marriott

És un hotel maquíssim amb una bona piscina. És molt cèntric, pots deixar el cotxe i caminar pel riu o al carrer Broadway, que és on hi han tots els restaurants i botigues. Columbus val molt la pena per fer una nit.

És ridícul que et cobrin 16€ per aparcar al parking exterior de l'hotel que es igual a aparcar al carrer.

It has been a long time since I have stayed at a hotel that had this many ROACHES! Much less a supposedly nice Marriott. In a span of 8 hours, just before I went to bed and then when I woke up, I killed 3 very large Roaches in my room. If I killed 3 in my room in that short time frame, then this hotel has a massive Roach Infestation problem.

The stay was okay. The room was small and there was some rust buildup on the top of the door to the bathroom. The air was not cold and the ice machine was not working on the 3rd Floor. When we spoke to the staff about the ice, he (Otis) was rude to my partner. There was a lot of back and forth about the room number- all over some ice. It was very inconvenient. She asked could he bring us some ice to the room, and he replied, “NO”! He told her to go to the 2nd Floor, and she explained to him that she was disabled. I had to wake up to handle the issue. I was on my way downstairs, when I met Otis with the ice. It could’ve been handled differently with more customer friendly service.

Great place to stay!

The are rooms are nice and updated. Staff is friendly depending on circumstances. But trouble with getting hot water early in the morning like 6am. Took cold shower. Called the front desk to ask what the problem was and no one picked up. When we went down they did not even pick up their heads to acknowledge us. The ice machine did not work on our floor. Also any food has to be gotten from attached Hollihans restaurant with very high prices. No free breakfast or coffee. The is one of the higher priced hotels in the area. Expected a better experience for the price. Will not stay again and could not recommend.

Here for orientation at CSU! Great start to our stay being greeted by Paris and Otis! Gave us tips for dinner, a quick checkin and a great smile from Paris!! Always appreciate exceptional and friendly service. Kindness and a smile go a long way:)

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I would stay there every time! The staff is so gracious and lovely, the rooms are clean and so comfortable, and it’s a perfect location to walk to downtown which is quaint and filled with wonderful eateries!
