The Lakes Rookley Holiday Park

We had a great stay in a cottage with jacuzzi. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t aware before that you have to book slots for the swimming but we always managed to get a slot. The outside pool is lovely and warm. Will definitely be back

The lodge was semi detatched and i had thought it would be detatched, the sofa and bed were comfortable. Cleanliness was not good, the floors seemed not to have been cleaned for a while as our socks where black by the end of each day.

We stayed in a Superior Caravan 2 for the weekend and we loved it. The location is ideal for travelling around the island. The children loved the heated swimming pool. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making us feeling welcomed and safe. Only things to improve; adding wifi in the caravan and increasing the standards in the kitchen equipment .

Not stayed at this report before as usually use St Helen's. Was a bit disappointed with little things like attention to detail. No tin opener, glasses looked grubby, no net curtain in bedroom, net curtain on patio door had huge rip, no chain on the kitchen sink plug which wasn't fixed the whole week, no coat hangers, no loo brush, no bins in bathroom or bedroom, no bin liners. Some instruction on the combi boiler would be useful as I spent the first 2 nights reading the manual trying to work it out. Needs to upgrade wifi access across park. Cannot fault the staff at all. Very approachable and fixed most of the issues I raised the same day. But would've been better to not have them come up in the first place.

We stayed in a lakeside lodge (March 2022), which was best lodge we have stayed in over the few holidays we have done with similar accommodation. The food in the restaurant was very good and all main tourist sites where in a drivable distance.

We had a such an amazing weekend break with them so thankful to make it much better, such a lovey place to stay and customer service outstanding can’t explain enough that satisfaction what we got it’s better to be experience so go for it, who ever thinking book with them, you wouldn’t be disappointed sure will surprise.

Pleasant and nice stay, very friendly staff. Paul the mateniance guy was very helpful. Can the park please invest in some roof aerials for the caravans and this will solve any future TV reception issues.

Our premium cottage was modern and well furnished throughout with good utensils and crockery in the kitchen. Hot tub was excellent. Next time I would bring a pair of slippers because it seems like previous guests must walk indoors with their shoes on. Despite the cottage being cleaned before we arrived the floor was filthy! Shame there’s no WiFi, it would have been nice to watch Netflix in the evenings. Otherwise it was a great stay and a good place to stay for exploring the Isle of Wight
