Pool with fantastic view, amazing staff, especially Oh, who was our tennis hitting partner, and, at the end, our friend! The management should be proud of having him! We enjoyed the rice barn dinner experience, the pool at the villa, room service, spa (we went 3 times and each time was incredible), the gym!

Everything about this hotel and experience is fantastic. The staff are outstanding (especially Alisa). The property is quite beautiful and meticulously maintained. The rooms are spacious, in excellent condition, well maintained, with great attendants. The restaurants are very well staffed and the food is excellent. Overall, it’s a wonderful experience. HIGHLY recommended.

We have just checked out and cannot say enough good things about our stay. Everything was simply outstanding — the service, the room, and most of all, the incredible team. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel truly welcomed and spoiled throughout our stay. The room was stunning, beautifully maintained, and we were honestly impressed from the very first moment. This was an exceptional experience and one we will remember fondly. Our first visit to Thailand and the Four Seasons Chiang Mai. Everything from start to finish was amazing. A brief summary of the highlights. We stayed in a Pool Villa. Spectacular. The jacuzzi and pool combo is fantastic and the ability to tailor water temperature was chefs kiss. Room layout is great and the outdoor space was beautiful. Nothing I would do improve the Villa Food amazing. Breakfast buffet was world class and the two main restaurants offered great views and service. Service. As you would expect world class. From front desk to pool to dining to spa to housekeeping. All done exceptionally well Spa. While in a converted Villa the message services were well done and met our expectations. Main Pool. Service and views were excellent. The only quibble I would have is to heat the pool to some level. Being unheated makes the water a bit cold. Grounds. Exceptional. Excursions. Pretty much anything you want they can arrange. Would highly recommend the Bike Tour. That was very fun and educational of the surrounding area. In sum. World class. Highly recommended
