"My new favourite hotel"

Amazing. Just amazing. My husband and I stayed here for four nights as part of a recent big birthday trip. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The setting of the hotel is amazing, beautiful and so very tranquil. The staff are amazing, so friendly, helpful and polite. The food was good, especially the Thai restaurant. It was a real wrench leaving and I’m still pining! We have travelled extensively and stayed at lots of hotels but the Four Seasons Chang Mai is a very special place.

Absolutely amazing property. One of the Four Seasons finest properties. We have stayed in the Four Seasons all around the world. This has to be in the top five. Along with Bangkok, Florence, The service was unbelievable. The food was amazing. The views were spectacular. The rooms were spacious. Definitely recommend this hotel. If we come back to this part of the world, we will definitely stay here.

The facilities are excellent, and staying here feels like living in a magical jungle. Every detail is meticulously cared for, just as you would expect from a Four Seasons resort. We ended up not wanting to leave and spent most of our days enjoying the resort itself. Food, room, facilities, service are all exceptional

The hotel is a 30–60 minute drive from Chiang Mai, depending on traffic. Exploring the city can be inconvenient, as each trip requires a taxi and takes time. While city hotels don’t offer the same resort setting, there are luxury options at more reasonable prices.
