All was perfect

Geneva is beautiful and would definitely return. The hotel was clean and staff were efficient. The room was good but not value for money, curtains were practically immoveable and there were six cheap coffee pods, no teabag options or creamers and a cup of tea was 11chf via room service not what we expected from a premium brand hotel. You could only sit in the lounge if you purchased something, a new experience for us…… The lake view from the lounge is obscured by some superfluous architectural glass lean to which is sad as it takes away both the view and the light. Would try another less expensive lakeside hotel next time Disappointing 😐

Staff really good Hotel dated and rooms need attention, tired rooms and pillows not great

Negative - Bed mattress felt worn out. Positive - great location, rooms are nice, gym and pool excellent

Staff was rude and unaccommodating! Refused to handle personal requests of any kind. I would not reccomend this property to anyone!
