"Excellent and memorable stay "

Amazing location,walk everywhere, I’m enjoying the view of lake Genève n Mont Blanc everyday. Even in d bar, lounge, Le grill or Lou 1. Enjoyed excellent fooods In all of them. Room was not big, but enough space to store for your stuffs,full length mirrors Concierge was of top calibre,never fail , prompt reply And result. check in was a breeze, room service was always on time and food was good. Housekeeping was fast when we ask for something. WiFi was slow though. What a great way to celebrate my birthday

Fantastic hotel in the heart of town facing the lake. Wonderful room and services. Buffet breakfast selection was limited but quality was very good. Overall a pleasant stay!

"Grand Army Barracks Lacks Service"

General Manager never replied to an emergency. Room service was terrible. Concierge was very helpful - the only bright spot in what otherwise could be described as “Geneva’s army barracks”.
