"Pleasant and met our expectations."

The staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. The hotel appeared to be relatively new and was bright. The breakfast was good. Its location was ideal to access downtown Spartanburg and the VCOM graduation that we were there for.

It wasn't the fault of the hotel but its' proximity to the interstate meant that the rooms were not as quiet as I would have liked.

"Not a good hotel to stay in"

Staff were lovely and apologetic and happy for us to cancel.

Hotel was so bad we didn't actually stay. Very basic, few facilities and dirty in the main corridors. Air conditioning poor.
