Pretty location, nice lobby and grounds, close to downtown and many sites. Coffee and cold water always available. The staff was very friendly however they did not monitor the coffee or water supply and often had to be asked to refill. The door to the bathroom didn't close. The AC was very loud and made a noise that sounded like a fog horn. The key cards had to be re-scanned several times a day. They charged $7 for a breakfast that they should have been embarrassed to offer for free. Extremely limited selection. It has a lot of potential but some things need work.

"Lovely hotel"

Beautiful property. Clearly had been renovated recently - our room was spacious and beautiful. Friendly staff. You can walk to the trails behind the property to see waterfalls (and arrange for pickup by the hotel if you don't want to walk back). We did not get a chance to use the spa.
